Mary Martin's version of Peter Pan is the best one out there, hands down. That's all that really needs to be said about this movie :D

Oh, I totally agree! I adore Mary Martin as Peter Pan...

When I saw this as a kid, I thought that Mary Martin was a boy - a very unusual looking boy. ;-)

I think my mom probably told me it was a girl playing a boy part before I ever watched it, but I don't really remember :) I also knew that she was the real-life mom of the guy that was on I Dream of Jeanie
