Goofy thriftstore finds

There are still major Internet problems at my house. I think I've given up on regular blog postings. Not really, but it feels that way. I had a surprise weekend off, so I got together with my sister and a friend to do some thrifting!


This was the dress I wore out today. It's also the dress I dyed a while back, in action! Yes, we were being slightly crude today.


This dress screamed "Wednesday Addams" to me. It will make a good costume in the future.


Yes, I bought this too. I have noooooo idea what I will ever do with a bright pink prison uniform/jumpsuit, but I know in my heart that someday I will be glad I bought it. Or not!

I also got some records. I found the soundtrack for Gypsy, State Fair, and some Christmas music from Julie Andrews! It really ended up being a pretty fun day!

  3. Trust me. You own a jumpsuit, the occasions will find you! My husband has this insane red jumpsuit and I am often surprised at how many events he ends up wearing it to. Of course, during the last one, he was wearing a hat that shot off fireworks but there's a lot to be said for that sort of thing.. :)
